  Whenever a friend wants to meet for a beer, there’s nowhere else I want to go. I can’t get enough of this place. If you like whisky, it’s the best place to drink them in CLE. The bartenders and waiters can steer you to one you haven’t tried, or to one that you have, and then tell you all about it. You’ll drink and then learn, making you an educated drinker. Is that important? I don’t know. Is that fun? It is. But especially if you’re a beer lover, the wait staff are all experts. There is a ridiculous selection of beers here. That’s because the concept is that it’s a bar inside of a nice beverage store. The selection looks more like a library, with sections for each region and variety of beers. And when you don’t know what you want, it’s better. Just know the type beer you like ant the bartender or waiter will steer you in the right direction. There’s not much in this area of town when it comes to restaurants or bars, but Lizardville is one of a kind.

  While this place used to be one of the best places in the greater Cleveland area to dine and drink, they have since changed their menu to be half of what a typical Winking Lizard offers. With that disappointment being said, anything I had was completely above typical Winking Lizard food quality so if you're looking for the best of the best as for bar food (minus the beer cheese), you can still count on Lizardville. I'm dinging them 1 star for not being as great as they were, though. :(

  Knowledgeable staff... Great beer selection... Friendly atmosphere... an outdoor patio... It is a great place! Did i mention they serve food? They do! You have to go see their selection of beer... it is amazing!
